Lifetime archiving. Every document created by Prototype is archived by us in both print and electronic forms. Why does this matter? Because, sadly, you really might lose the last copy of a document you care about. Not only can you simply call us to get a new copy (yes, decades after we create the document) but in most cases, we can work from our archived file to make requested revisions as you progress through your career. This saves you time and money, not to mention the hassle of locating a new service provider to restart this process with you.

 

Triple proofing, fact-checking. Was that company you worked for named Johnson Brothers? Or was it Johanson Brothers? Those are the kinds of details that can make you crazy. When you purchase a resume or job search document from Prototype, we do everything we can to check company names and locations, ensure accurate industry acronyms, and generally confirm that your document is correct in every way.

 

Drafts and revisions. We want you to be happy with your documents from Prototype, which is why we encourage you to show our first draft to others, or just let it sit for a few days while you decide what you like and what you want changed. The revision process is built into every document we produce, at no extra cost.
