An expert job search strategist, Amy is the author of the Pocket Job Series set of books. She is also a frequent guest on public and commercial radio programs. In addition to being an accomplished writer and job search strategist, Amy is a sought-after speaker on topics of career and life management.

Steve is a career specialist at Prototype with an extensive background guiding clients in job search and career transition processes. Along with a Masters degree in Human Development, Steve has 25 years' experience counseling a wide variety of workers in various career stages, in both one-on-one and group settings.  He also managed a dislocated workers program for several years prior to joining the Prototype team. Steve's aptitude and enthusiasm for helping people connect with opportunities that fit their skills, interests, passion, and goals makes him a true asset to Prototype's clients.

Erin Farmer

Thanks to a varied background working in the arts & entertainment and events/hospitality industries, Erin translates her client services, communications, and operations management skills to ensuring that the Prototype office runs smoothly and effectively.  Erin particularly enjoys learning about each client's needs and matching them with the Prototype services and solutions that fit their timetable, budget, and goals. While Erin gets a great deal of satisfaction from supporting the Prototype team, her primary goal as client services manager is making sure every client interaction is positive, productive, and welcoming.
